The American premiere of the most anticipated film based on the novel of the same name by Kuzma Scriabin, Me, Pobeda and Berlin.
The film immerses the viewer in the atmosphere of the 90s, the era of Kuzma's youth: music, checkered, flashy style, and romantic hopes of young people. A special highlight of the film is the iconic music of Scriabin.
Synopsis: The plot centers on the adventures of a Ukrainian musician-beginner Kuzma and his friend Bard, who set off on a trip to Berlin in a rusty car called Pobeda. Kuzma wants to trade his old car for a Mercedes 600 from a German collector to impress Barbara, the girl he is in love with. But the stormy nightlife of the German capital draws the hero into amazing adventures that change his goal, temper his character and help him find himself.
The film is in Ukrainian with English subtitles.
