1.1 GeoTickets Inc.

Welcome to GeoTickets! We are an online ticketing platform dedicated to bringing the world together through live experiences. Through our platform we enable people to create, discover, share and register for events. 

1.2 Scope of Services.

GeoTickets website and domain, including www.geotickets.tv, that link or refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Site”), all of the services available on or through the Site or otherwise provided by us are offered, maintained and provided by Geotickets Inc. We refer to all of these as our “Services.” 

Geotickets Inc is a corporation with the place of business at 301 Ryan Street, Matawan, NJ 07747 (“GeoTickets”, “us”, “we” or “our”).

1.3 Users.

Through the Services, GeoTickets provides a simple and quick means for registered users who are event Organizers, planners and charitable organizations (“Organizers”) to create event registration, speaker profile, Organizer profile, fundraising and other webpages related to their events, to promote those pages and events to visitors or browsers of the Services and to sell tickets and registrations (or issue free registrations), solicit donations and sell merchandise related to those events to users who wish to make purchases, registrations to such events (including to free events) (“Attendees”). We refer to Organizers, Attendees and other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as “Users” or “you.”

2. Privacy Statement

This Privacy Policy sets our policy with respect to information that can be associated with or which relates to a person and could be used to identify a person (“Personal Data”) that is collected from Users on or through the Services. "Non-Personal Data" as used in this Privacy Policy is therefore any information that does not relate to a person and/ cannot be used to identify a person. We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. Because of that, we have created this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy as it includes important information regarding your Personal Data and other information. 

3. Personal Data

3.1 All Users.

Information you provide to us: For all Users we collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as when you register for access to the Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys or browse or use certain parts of the Services. The Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address and other information that enables Users to be personally identified. 

3.2 Organizers.

Information you provide to us: In some cases, we may collect your credit card information (your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments. In addition, if you use our payment processing services, we will collect financial information from you your bank account information or an address to send checks) as necessary to facilitate payments and information required for tax purposes (your taxpayer identification number). 

When you purchase tickets, we provide the Personal Data entered on the applicable event. You agree that we are not responsible for the actions of these Organizers with respect to your Personal Data. It is important that you review the applicable policies of the Organizers of an event (and the related fundraising page, if applicable) before providing Personal Data or other information in connection with that event or related fundraising page.

3.3 Attendees.

Information you provide to us: If you register for a paid event, we will collect financial information from you (your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.) some of which may constitute Personal Data. If an Attendee voluntarily provides that information in connection with registration for an event or otherwise, it will be available to us and will be held by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, such information will be delivered to the Organizer of the applicable event. 

3.4 Emails.

We allow Organizers to use our email tools to contact Attendees for their current and past events, so you may receive emails from our system that originate with such Organizers. If you have registered for an event, your email is available to that Organizer. However, Organizers may also import the emails they have from external sources and send communications to those emails and we will deliver those communications to those emails. 

3.5 How You Can Correct, Update or Delete Your Personal Data.

You can request access to some of your Personal Data being stored by us. You can also ask us to correct, update or delete any inaccurate Personal Data that we process about them.

We will consider and respond to all requests in accordance with applicable law.

4. Changes To This Privacy Policy

The Services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
